The table below presents the gateway error codes and their descriptions that are returned in the callback.

| 2001 | The amount parameter must be greater than 0 |
| 2002 | The amount parameter can not be empty |
| 2003 | The currency parameter can not be empty |
| 2004 | The user_id parameter is not a valid value |
| 2005 | The reference parameter is not a valid value |
| 2006 | The user_id parameter sent has more than 245 characters. |
| 2007 | The reference parameter sent has more than 245 characters |
| 2008 | A deposit with this reference has already been created |
| 2009 | You must fill in your name |
| 2010 | You must fill in your email |
| 2011 | You must fill in your cpf |
| 2012 | You must select a method to deposit |
| 2013 | You must fill in the value |
| 2014 | Invalid reference |
| 2015 | You already have many outstanding deposits |
| 2016 | The amount parameter is not a valid value |
| 2020 | cpf parameter sent doesn't correspond to stored |
| 2021 | Name and CPF mismatch |
